* 2 cups of water (Boiled) * Honey/Lemon/salt pepper/any milk (Coconut) * 1/2 -1 teaspoon of ground, grated (fresh), or market powdered turmeric allow the mixture to simmer for approximately 10 minutes strain the tea into a container and allow it to cool for 5 minutes
Boil Water, and add fresh grated /market powdered turmeric, let this to simmer for ~5 minutes. Cover for 2 minutes to keep the aroma.
Strain this and allow to cool down and enjoy with honey/lemon juice/salt pepper/any kind of milk.
Instead of water, you can add turmeric into milk too, don't forget to mix it in boiling milk(bring milk to at least 1 boil at cooking range and then add turmeric & little sugar/honey).
