Equal quantity of boiled milk/condensed milk(preferably condensed milk), 
whip cream(use right from fridge), mango pulp(i use fresh mango pulp, 
blend fresh mangos in blender to get pulp), 

Ilaichi, Kesar, almonds, pista(optional)

Mix all with hand mixer, and add grated almonds and illachi powder, kesar(saffron)

Pour into kulfi molds, if you don't have kulfi molds, i would suggest using small cups and put a stick in between and place it in fridge right away so stick will placed and adjusted in middle to hold

Try to fridge at least 12 hours in night for less icy and softness.
