Want a baby sitter to come to my home livein/out

We are looking for a nanny for my little princess..her name is Sana. She just completed a year. We are indians and live in streamwood. I work with Motorola and work from home 2-3 days in a week. I am looking for someone to come home daily for 6 to 8 hrs monday thru friday..except weekend and holidays. I need commitment untill Mid Jan 2006. We go to India for a month and then I want to start her back with the same nanny (if possible) My address is 111 Emerald Drive, Streamwood, IL 60107. I want someone who is fun and loving who can keep a little one busy and playful all day. Need the nanny to drive herself to my place everyday and ontime. Someone who is mature and responsible in handling little ones..their love, mood and attitudes. I am flexible with daily times as can work around that. I can have someone start early and go back early or come late and go back later
